Calendly is the specialist: payments, routing forms, round robin and deep integrations, with one event type on its free plan. Caddie's booking links are one part of a Mac app for your whole day: unlimited links free while in beta, your habits and routines count as busy, and every booking lands next to your tasks and notes. Which should you choose?

Choose Calendly if

  • You take payments when people book.
  • Your sales team needs routing forms and round robin by rules.
  • You use Outlook or many integrations (CRMs).

Choose Caddie if

  • You want more than one link without paying.
  • Your lunch, gym and focus blocks should never be offered.
  • You'd like bookings beside your tasks, notes and meeting notes on your Mac.
  • You use Google Calendar and Meet.

Does Caddie do everything Calendly does?

No. Caddie covers what most people use: weekly hours, notice, a booking window, buffers, a daily cap, questions, reminders, rescheduling and team links. It doesn't take payments, route with forms, or connect Outlook or Zoom.

How does each protect your time?

Calendly reads your connected calendars. Caddie does too (Google), and also treats your Caddie habits and routines (lunch, gym, deep work) as busy, so nobody books over them unless you allow it for that routine.

What happens after a booking?

Both put an event on your calendar and email both sides. In Caddie the call is then recorded with no bot, and its promises become tasks on your day.

How much do Caddie and Calendly cost?

Calendly's free plan has one event type and one calendar; Standard is $10 per seat a month billed yearly, Teams $16. Caddie is free while in beta, then $10 a month for everything in Caddie, booking links included.
