AI meeting notes for Mac, with no bot on the call

Caddie is a meeting recorder and AI note taker for the Mac. It records any call your Mac plays, Zoom, Google Meet, Teams or Slack, with no bot joining, shows a live transcript in the notch, and has the notes ready a few seconds after you hang up. Then it does what other note takers don't: every promise from the call ("I'll send the pricing sheet") becomes a task on your day.

How it works

1. Say yes to recording. When a call starts, Caddie asks "Record this call?" One click, or ⌃⌘R.
2. Read along if you want. Hover the notch to see the live transcript.
3. Get notes and tasks. When the call ends: a summary, the action items, and each promise as a task on your calendar.

What you get after every call

A summary, the decisions and the action items, filed into the right folder (customer calls, hiring, team syncs) on its own. Search finds any word anyone said, and you can ask Caddie about a meeting later.

Tasks, not just notes

Most note takers stop at a list of action items. Caddie puts each one on your day as a task, next to your calendar, so the follow-up actually happens. If someone takes something on during the call, the notch offers to create the Linear issue for them, with the quote from the call.

Works with every meeting app

Caddie records what your Mac hears, so it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, Slack huddles and anything else, and in the room for in-person meetings. Nobody on the call sees a bot.

While you talk to a customer, Caddie suggests the next question to ask, using The Mom Test, so you learn what's true instead of what's polite.

For teams

In a team workspace, calls are filed to a shared knowledge base, and Monday's catch-up says what shipped and who's stuck.
