Booking links that keep your day yours
Caddie booking links work like Calendly: share one link, and guests pick a free time in their own time zone. The booking goes on your Google Calendar with a Google Meet link, Google invites the guest, and both of you get an email when it's booked, moved or cancelled. What's different: your habits and routines (lunch, gym, deep work) count as busy, so nobody books over them, and the link lives next to your tasks and notes.

How it works
- Make a link. Pick its length, your weekly hours and where the call happens: Google Meet, a place or a phone call.
- Share it. Guests see free times in their own time zone, in 12- or 24-hour time.
- It books itself. A Google Calendar event with a Meet link, an invite for the guest, and reminders a day and an hour before.
Booking links in Caddie, at a glance
| Where calls happen | Google Meet (link made for you), a place, or a phone call |
|---|---|
| Rules | Weekly hours, minimum notice, a booking window of up to 60 days, buffers, a cap per day, an end date |
| Questions | Your own: short or long text, a choice, a phone number |
| Changes | Guests reschedule from their booking page; both sides get an email |
| Teams | Book any one of a team, or a time when everyone is free |
Your focus time stays yours
Busy time comes from your Google Calendar (a second work calendar too) and from your Caddie habits and routines, so lunch, the gym and deep work aren't offered. You can let a link book over a routine you're happy to move.
Checked against Google when it books
Free times are worked out ahead so the page is fast, and the exact time is checked live against your calendar at the moment someone books, so two people can't take the same slot. A booking you delete in Google is cancelled in Caddie too, and one you move there follows.
Team links
In a team workspace a link can book any one of several people, or only times when everyone (and optional extras) is free.
Questions before the call
Ask what you need to know: short or long answers, a choice, a phone number, each required or not. The answers are on the booking.
What it doesn't do yet
- Google Calendar only: no Outlook calendars.
- No payments, routing forms or Zoom links yet.
- Reminder emails need Caddie's email sender set up for your account.
Questions people ask
Is it a free Calendly alternative?
Yes. Caddie's booking links are free while Caddie is in beta, with as many links as you want. Calendly's free plan allows one event type.
Can guests reschedule?
Yes, from the page in their confirmation email. Both of you get an email.
Does it work with Zoom?
Not yet. Calls happen on Google Meet, at a place, or by phone.
Can teammates share a link?
Yes, in a team workspace: book any one of them, or a time that suits everyone.
