A handshake deal with Pi's makers started ChatGPT's sign-in partner program. Pi's creators talked with Tibo Sottiaux last year and agreed to use sign-in with ChatGPT. That agreement started the sign-in partner program, which now has 16 launch partners.
The creators of OpenCode were part of the same early handshake. The program began as a virtual agreement with open-source agent tools, not as a formal launch.
