Natal added HSA billing through Flex and drew in pre-tax spenders. Natal added HSA billing through the RevenueCat and Flex integration after clients had long been submitting receipts to insurance themselves. Tens of thousands of dollars in revenue came through HSA in the first two weeks, with no announcement.

Checkout is longer, but paying with pre-tax money acts like a 30 to 40% discount. It also opens the app to people who say they can't afford it. HSA dollars don't roll over, so an end-of-year push makes sense. Flex is the HSA payments partner, and coverage lines for which programs qualify are drawn between the app and Flex. Quote: "we've had like tens of thousands of revenue come through it, but we haven't announced it."
