From Weber Wong on FLORA
What was said about Harvey
Harvey's embedded legal engineer model was copied by FLORA to onboard customers. Weber Wong calls FLORA 'Harvey for creatives' and borrowed Harvey's legal engineer idea. FLORA hired AI-savvy creatives from customers such as Pentagram and sent them into other top creative teams to show how the AI-native creative process works.
The reasoning is that a powerful new tool needs change management a founder can't deliver alone at scale. Wong says the hired creatives outperform him at this: "when we bring them to our customers and work with them, they do a better job than me even on showing them how to contextualize it for their creative process."
